Mohammad Ali Park Durga Puja is known for its stature and is among the prominent Durga pujas in the Central Kolkata area, is a must-see event that is celebrated each year and features the stunning design and architecture of the pandal. They are celebrating Durga puja since 1969 and this year they entered their 53rd year.

Mohammad Ali Park Durga Puja is regarded as one of the most famous Durga Pujas in Kolkata because it has received numerous accolades in various categories.

Mohammad Ali Park Durga Puja has attempted to bring forth several replicas of monuments from all over the world since its establishment, both explored and unknown as well as antique literature dioramas.

The Durga Puja Samity (Youth Association) has retained its ancient culture and tradition, which is reflected via the artistic work in the pandal, even though it adheres to the fads in the building and design of the pandal.

The Pandal’s theme-related interior and outdoor decorating is always a visual pleasure. The venue also has a basic lighting setup, but the entire park is decorated with spectacular and vibrant lighting.

In 2019, Mohammad Ali Park Durga Puja was shifted to a nearby Fire Station due to the dilapidated condition of the park’s surface.
