During Durga Puja, the Kolkata Metro Railway runs special late-night and overnight services across its key corridors to handle the heavy festival crowds.

Line-Wise Durga Puja Timings

• Blue Line (Dakshineswar – Kavi Subhash / Shahid Khudiram):
  • Panchami & Sasthi: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (with late-night trains up to 11:00 PM).
  • Saptami to Navami: 1:00 PM to 4:00 AM (the next morning) with all-night service.
  • Dashami: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

• Green Line (Howrah Maidan – Salt Lake Sector V):
  • Panchami & Sasthi: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Saptami to Navami: 1:30 PM to ~3:59 AM (the next morning) with late-night/overnight trains.
  • Dashami: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

• Yellow Line (Noapara – Jai Hind Bimanbandar / Airport):
  • Panchami & Sasthi: 7:18 AM to 9:20 PM.
  • Saptami to Navami: 3:00 PM to 10:53 PM.
  • Dashami: 3:00 PM to 9:38 PM.

• Purple Line (Joka – Majerhat):
  • Panchami & Sasthi: 6:40 AM to 9:26 PM.
  • Saptami to Dashami: 3:00 PM to 10:55 PM.

• Orange Line (Kavi Subhash – Beleghata):
  • Panchami & Sasthi: 7:40 AM to 8:45 PM.
  • Saptami to Dashami: No services operated during the main puja days.
